You moron, like I said, the plans of another attack have always been there.
They don't need a lot of time to get prepared.

As you know, these terrorists are good at fitting into the local community. You would be surprised that they are your neighbors. Who knows how many of them are in HK getting prepared, as they know US warships make regular visits to HK.

再者，本身就唔知美國軍艦會唔會來、同幾時來，又點會早就有安排恐怖攻擊？要成功執行到一個恐怖襲擊，成件事一定要計劃非常周長，唔係五時三刻就可以做得出來。
