By the way, I wonder how the calculation for the size of that unit .. (don't see stair from 78 to 79 floor too)
~ 800 ft for the pool, and probably need extra 400-500 ft area or so for surrounding area .. and from the picture, seem like the unit "under" the swiming pool, is no use too, (much much lower ceiling, probably can just use for storage)
So, we are talking about ~ 2,000 ft area gone .. (well, those monster units in HK come with lots of storage usually)
Plus room/toilet for maid .. (at least 2)
