I agree with u. Fully cooked meat can only destroy salmonella and most of the bacteria, but not hormone. I watched a documentry called "food inc." In reality, 99% of chicken in US use growth hormone to speed up growth rate dramatically. I don't know about how it is in Canada though, probably similar situation?
