I must say I disagree with your conclusion.
If you search his posts, the only conclusion I have is that he is promoting hatred to mainland Chinese. I don't have problems if he writes about CCP and HK government (To certain extend CCP and HK government deserve it) but I see a lot of his posts have the intend of mocking and humiliating the Chinese in mainland.
Every ethic group has their own good and bad culture and practices. However, if someone single out an ethic group and keep writing the bad things about them then it's just promotion of hatred.

Say what you want about my posts and my purposes.
The undeniable fact is that every post I make came from sources that I believe are reputable and trustworthy. The news article I post, in particular, simply came from mainstream media channels, and at times, from sources in Mainland China. I cannot mock or humiliate anybody if the utterly absurd events did not take place in the first place.
Do you see any rape victims being told by the police that it wasn't a rape case because the raper was wearing a condom in Canada? Do you see a dad fighting for his child rights on tainted milk powder getting jailed by the US government? Do you see the UK kidnapping a world renowned artist simply because he was mocking the UK government?
I encourage you to post news articles about how the RCMP tasers and kills visitors at the airport. I encourage you to post news articles describing how Assange is getting set up by the US and other western countries as a result of Wikileaks. You are free to "mock and ridicule and promote hatred" of these countries and governments all you want, and I encourage you do to so because that is how governments need to be monitored and their power kept in check. But at the end of the day, ask yourself this -- are any of those crimes as fundamentally ridiculous as what takes place in Mainland China?
You don't have to like me or my posts (and I'll tell you I have no intention of being friendly to you either). But if you were to call yourself a person, you need to ask if what is happening in China is right or even barely acceptable.
