I have a question....if eventually HK government does take the baby (assuming probably put the baby in the orphanage..) does the baby get a HK i.d. ??...could the parents use this as a trick to get the HK i.d. as well???

My initial said was saying all the example cases have failing marks, I even compared them which one is worse and which is even worse. I don't understand why you misunderstood me. Anyways.........

Sad嘅意思係 failing mark嗎？定係其實你認為，因為相對上呢件事其實都唔係咁差，所以個阿爸阿媽其實都幾有人性？你唔表態，又有邊個知道你諗緊乜野？

如果BB真係受社署照顧，我諗從人道立場來講，個小朋友長大之後應該會有香港身份。但因為個小朋友係社署接管嘅，所以好似就算日後佢大咗，法律上同雙親都好似已經斷絕咗關係，應該申請唔到佢地落來㗎喇。

我覺得, 佢地都係想個小朋友可以繼續生存落去.
父母見到自己既孩子有病, 而自己生活既地方根本冇辦法醫得好自己既孩子, 唯有諗辦法醫佢... 佢地放下孩子, 就知道自己要承擔被人痛罵, 亦知道自己可能成世都唔會跟自己既孩子再有聯繫, 你估呢種感覺好受嗎?

這是他們所選擇的, 我想是他們對人生既一種妥協吧.

According to your understanding, is there any different meaning for the above sentences?

If people from Vancouver leave their baby in England, Germany, France, Japan, would the baby become a British, German, French, Japanese?
My knowledge about HK law is very limited. But I don't think the baby can stay in HK as a permanent resident because his parents just left him there! Probably when the baby is in a more stable stage, he will be sent back to his original country.

諗諗係，我諗要睇吓大陸果邊肯唔肯收返個BB仔。如果大陸果邊玩野／詐型唔肯收嘅話，咁香港社署就一定收硬，跟住個小朋友響香港大就應該可以攞到香港居留權。如果無記錯嘅話，任何中國公民如果響香港住滿7年嘅話，係會自動合乎資格去申請做香港永久居民嘅。
