as I remember my first history lesson, the teacher said that the reason for learning the human history, is to absorb the failure experiences from the history so that we won't step into the wrong track again.
more than 20 years have passed, from what I saw/watch/read, I knew that yes, something we can learn from history that we won't repeat the same mistake again (or able to derive a work-around), but the sad truth is, for some particular incidence

If I agree with you that "任何政權都有發生問題", could you tell me what's the best method for people to vote down a 政權 when they see potential problem coming?

If you said the basic thing to change is "民族既性格" (which I don't quite agree), does this current government do anything on this aspect?  If they don't, should they get the blame?

For me, I think education is the basic thing to be improved and not to change their "性格".
