Not really, it's just the culture...

Just like some Asians like dogs, cats, snakes...
Northern Canadians like wales, seals...
Desert tribes like camels...
Some Amazon locals like primates...

Hunting, is the basic instinct of human beings... we are animal of the same grade in the history...
