優秀 but Not Socialable = not 優秀. Even if you don't necassarily want to make friends with certain people, if one's 優秀, no way him/her would show his/her dissatisfaction.

Someone that's 優秀 should project an attitude which everyone want to be friends with him/her. Whether such attitude is genuine or not is topic for another day.

例如，一個好優秀嘅奧運運動員佢可能聽教練講，聽裁判講，聽隊員講and that's it。其他閒雜人等可能睬你生臭弧。佢又冇需要同你哋啲蛋散friendly，但係又唔代表佢唔優秀。

Depends on how you define 優秀 and how localize that definition is. My definition is a little broader I guess.

    優秀都有啲客觀解釋嘅，例如你讀書都有＂優良常可劣＂啦，一個狀元當然＂優＂秀，同樣，一個金牌運動員亦視爲＂優＂秀。
