In my shallow knowledge of the political system of HK, I don't think there is anyone suitable to be the administrator of HK.
Let's be honest, we need the rich people to sustain an economy (20/80 rules applies here, 20% of the people owns 80% of the wealth). The grass-root cannot create jobs nor have the capital to invest to build a society, therefore at the end it will be another rich people's game.
As much as I dislike government collusion with businesses or rich people, we do need the riches around.
