hey i'm not living in Van which the price of housing is rediculously high...
the condo i purchase still looking good in value & is the same price (or even cheaper for a brand new condo near downtown toronto for 750 sq foot than rent 1)... i do think my decision on the purchase is very wise....

anyway.. i'm saving all i can in the variable cost.. oh by the way, that's the expenses of a family of 2 (& 1 more baby coming)....

Food $500 a day average = $15000
Gas = $15000 (10000Km a month, $8RMB per liter, average 14L/100KM)
Road Tolls = $2000
Parking = $10000
Shopping = $20-30k a month
MISC bills for phone, internet = $1000
My Dog's spendings = $5000
Total = $158000

$158k - approx $21k Cdn per month.  Wonder how many LYK's make even half of this before tax.
