Think more long term man, this crap have being going down for years.

I don't think there is any other LYK historian anymore, so here is my version.

Four/Five years ago LYK was mentioned in the chinese media and it got really popular from that. At that time a small group of dedicated LYK was fairly active, so they merrily created content to share on this forum, and others reposted stuff in the face of all this new attention.

It was all good until the Internet came and Admin and company didn't know how to handle it. Instead of prodding arguments into the right direction, the mods tried to END ARGUMENT which is simply retarded. And so the downfall of LYK.

The audience are mostly seniors, so they don't like how young people would aimlessly piss each other off, and so there goes the read-only part of the membership. And since the attention is gone, the creative types in LYK felt no one cares about them anymore so they left too.

Right now, the LYK active population is about the same as it was before it got mentioned in the greater media. So it is returning to original state of being a friendly and peaceful forum. That is, with out any "serious" mods again

That could had been a typo for "stuff it" but just for you it is a swear word ;)
Regardless, that is paradoxical and senseless statement I made, as it is difficult to post and not post at the same time. So I've mis-phrased myself--a common mistake of mine.

What I propose is stop being all depressed talking about how bad things are, and start thinking and observing about things to post about. We are an enlightened group after all!

I guess it is natural for people to shun those who uses vulgar language as it is a sign of a low and unrefined person, but what if we are in reality a low and unrefined people? I dare not make that charge but I digress. Now, lets post some crap!

I don't think it is a matter of facility... Like a bad restaurant that renovated but the boss and staff is the same, the people have lost faith in them and the only way to revive the location is with a completely new party.

Have you guys looked at my604? And than looked at LYK? Like what is with the Cantons?
