Since usually, cost $300-350 more from Calgary to HK ..

The North West escape pass is valid for selected cities in BC/AB/SK.  Calgary is included and it is the same price.  Check their website for fine details.

East cost has a different pass and cost a bit more.

Just in case if you aren't an Aeroplan member, don't wait for the last day.  You will need to be a member to purchase these passes.  The deadline to purchase the Escape pass is end of this month (I think is 28th).  And after that you could still purchase the bonus $199 tickets before March.

But if all you want is the HK ticket, purchase it right away and booked it too, of course.
