how long have u NOT been in hk??  you don't even know where The Arch is???
i guess you don't even know where kowloon station is.... LOL

we got a flat at 君臨天下 in 06 for about 16k/sqft sold it in late 07 at 26k/sqft.  Right now is down to about 14k/sq ft now  
even The Palazzo in Fo Tan is still going for over $10k HKD/sq ft.

  I only go HK twice a yr ..  and live in HK side ar ma ..  don't go Kowloon that much ..  all my life .. 3X yr ..  live in HK side only ..   

I heard and read about 海旋門 ..  just dont know where it is located ..

Always get lost when I drive to Kowloon ..  

Yeah .. I dont pay attention on something new in HK la..

Of course, not as good as Peter and Hdye ga la.. they are good brothers!  

I can't afford anything in HK like them ..

the Arch across the victoria harbor is as noticeable as IFC on the HK Island

  doesn't matter which part of HK I live or whoever live la ..   can't know every area in HK ..  most of my friends don't familiar the area I live ..  and I dont know the areas some of my friends live too la..  doesn't matter ..

I know chai wan too .. I go there to visit my friend warehouse all the time ..

Not everyone that rich .. can hv so much time on google and forum ga ma ..
( I pretty much only go LYK ...  and some photography forums .. )

Again .. I think Hdye picked on the wrong person to tease la..

btw, The Arch is like a landmark in hk now.  its pretty sad for someone that say that they goto hk twice and never seen it....  you must not know that the ICC beside it is gonna be even taller then IFC also..

Even IFC .. rather then go there for movie and super market .. dont go there much .. and I always mistakely drive to the Taxi parkage ..
