上星期去o左幾個新樓盤做o野..langley city center 一個wood frame low rise,發展商自己減價.
而且佢有特別package, 5% down, 一個600 sf o既單位只係大約$170,000 包hst,其實d quality ok,
每個單位有冷氣機,stainless steel appliances, hardwood floor, kloher 厠所, fireplace...
拎$8500 出o黎做down, 35年mortgage, 大約full time hourly rate $15 就可以供得起,佢仲有少少one bedroom 未賣,依家開始減價.

係呀﹐聽講D highrise都好平﹐所以我覺得如果有人想諗上車盤﹐surrey都係一個唔錯選摘。十幾萬一個全新單位大溫邊度有?

本人唔搭公車﹐所以唔多方便﹐不過以後交通好D的話可能有升值潛力﹗

我同意要自己做功課﹐mortgage broker都唔係個個信得過。好多都係自己用開一個mortgage lender(可能有多D reward)就唔會同你shop一個好rate。

最揀單係問自己個bank有咩rate。有時online pre-approval個rate好差﹐借得又好少。所以都係親身去見個rep會好D。RBC之前都有個special係match你個broker嘅rate。我覺得可能仲好。不過有個broker有時慳左D時間。

如果o係surrey 租開屋果d 人可以諗諗,反正租同供差唔多
但係我o地住開richmond/vancouver 好少會諗搬入去.

    downtown都有rental restriction??? coal harbour之外都好少見....

    都唔係呀﹐好多young couples都入去surrey住﹐搭車出downtown/burnaby返工。

如果想儲錢的話﹐兩公婆可以考類住3-5年﹐十幾萬樓點都唔會跌得幾多﹐賣翻出去賺住不得止﹐供樓咁平每個月額外可以再儲多D首期換樓。

我估D人係咁諗啦﹐不過西人思想有時好唔明....
