When I'm not happy during the day time, I'll usually shop crazy.  (Spend a lot of money~~ )
But when it's during the night time, I'll watch a Funny movie/drama to calm myself down.

Thank you for the reply....
I used to play rock and roll with my band...or turn up the amplifer and play really loudly at home...
But they don't work for me anymore...

Shopping soudns like a good idea...but haha...my financial only permits me to do window shopping so far.

To be honest... when people get older,  很多人就越來越多成功感﹐但我就是相反。
