With the expansion of California Adventure Theme Park just next to Disneyland, it was pretty huge too.  Many good rides there.

hey is your good chef still there? When are we going to meet/eat at the food court?!

I hope so.  I have not connected him since I came back so I am not sure.  He is supposed to leave next Tuesday.

I missed his cooking too.

Hey, a little off topic, but isn't Malaysian foods mostly home-style cooking?
Many good Malaysian cooks are housewives and grandmothers, why don't you hire
a few Malaysian ladies and continue your food business? it is not Haute Cuisine
like French and Italian that commanded years of apprenticeship and certification.
I do know many Malaysian/Singaporean/Bruneis that cook very well at home.

yes but you got to learn how to handle a lot of pressure in order to be a restaurant cook.  You got to stand by the hot heat all day long.  It is a tough job.

In addition, many people come to eat the cook's food.  They do not want to eat other cook's food even though other cook might cook better than him.  In few occasion, when they did not see the cook, their first question was "was the cook there"; otherwise they would not eat.

Forget the cooks' fans, they can follow him, business could go on without him.
What I want to say is that you can continue to serve authentic Malaysian food
with genuine Malaysian, Public Market Food Court caters to all walks of life,
I used to go there before your business took over, obviously the food are
slightly different, but as long as the quality is good and the price is reasonable.
And I think some people would like to go there just because of your philosophy
to run business. Again, people in the neighbourhood would not go to other
side of the city just for daily fix.
However, all the best wishes to your new venture.
