personally, I think going through red light is hardly ever safe, on the other hand speeding just a little in control can be relatively safe as long as the driving conditions allow.
So, IMHO, just pay for it, and don't driving through red light for your own, and others safety.
As I said, the owner will not get points deducted because no one is there to identify the driver at the time the offense is made. Unless you want to nominate yourself to ICBC, then points will be taken off.
yes... i just admit to the judge saying it was my stupidity and it won't happen again, she gave me a discount, half the amount.

Why did you show up and dispute? By admitting it was you driving, they took 2 points from you.
as i remember, there is no point since they can't proof who is doing it. if you dispute it, the chance of winning is min. the cop will tell you when did they exam the machine, what did they do and what is the chance of making mistake. if money is not the big issue, just pay it la, save your time. otherwise, ask for a discount
