I won't be surprised if this news in indeed true.

He (MH) got up the ladder so fast that last that I heard: he was the premium sales director for his dealership, with his "star team" with him.

i won't be saying much on this forum... but MH got fired because he had done some cover up with his sales... and he got fired because someone had put him up on the table. He's on vacation at the moment.

with market like that .. no matter car sales ..  stock broker ..   etc ..

Do the math .. he sold ~ 400 bmw a year ..  with ~ $700 commision per car ..  ( may be some other money under table )   so $300K ..  just like Doctor/Lawyer  etc ...    may be 25% will go to his assistance ...  still ..  at least $200K / year for last 4/5 year ..  

So ..  even he may not be able to retire .. ( he is like only 40 some yr old ) but no problem to take a yr or 2 break ...   since the market isn't good now anyway ...

What I heard is MH was frauding the actually gross on a lot of their sold "give away" vehicles.He moves the gross around to show a gain instead of a loss. His own egoism fails him badly on this one . He can't blame anyone apart from himself. By the way is the guy put MH on the table with a initial LM?

So the gross margin was actually negative but then he fudged it?

I will be surprised that the auditors didn't find out earlier.
