d 猴子係比人捉去枱底, 張枱有個大洞, 剛好讓猴子既頭"突"出黎.
d 人會將d 猴子既頭固定, 然後扑開猴子既頭蓋骨, 露出腦...

this is not the version that i heard.  they said the monkey is sitting on a hot pan which all his blood is floating upward, therefore people can get all the best from his head.  remember the monkey is still alive.  how can people still eat it when the monkey is screaming.
