That would be the logical thing to do, and I, along with a lot of other people (probably the majority?), are certainly not opposed to that. But where exactly is that anti-addiction school? Is it spelled out anywhere in Bowtie and 黃淫龍's drug testing plans? And if there are no such schools (正生 is the only one I know of in HK), what does the government intend to do?

With a mere student population of 120, 正生 was already wrecking havoc in HK a little while back. Without a comprehensive plan that is open to public scrutiny and suggestions, how can the current hastily patched together ad hoc testing proceed?

應該學D政客那般﹐講D玄D的說話嘛。。。明明佛教﹐應該好精於“玄”的那些話呀 心這樣諗都應該用D技巧說出來﹐這樣講分明博比人狂插遮。。。

其實, 小弟真係唔明校園驗毒同私隠有乜關係...
大佬, 吸毒woh... 不如個個人都話"我有私隱, 我要爭取吸毒權"而絕對檢毒啦.
唔知d 發燒既市民可唔可以因為私隠, 而唔比關員用紅外線檢查佢地體溫? 市民對自己既體溫都有私隱權woh.

一年前陳克勤建議上完大陸既青少年要驗尿﹐黃成智呢個耶教徒當時丙到佢傻﹐而家佢都出聲贊成校園驗毒。
就知道現在校園吸毒係既o甘嚴重。

班顛狗大力反對﹐之前都講過﹐為左黑幫利益﹐班顛狗要幫拖都無可厚非。
連總部都係黑邦大佬提供﹐免租免水電﹐o甘就梗係要維護下大佬既利益。

不過顛狗主席個仔之前俾人捉到藏毒﹐判左感化﹐如果當年無捉到﹐而家顛狗主席個仔仲吸緊毒做道友。
顛狗主席走出黎反對驗毒﹐真係有點那個。。
