so i replace the same amount of pork as what it'd be for the original veggie amount?

I lb of ground pork plus seasonings would make 30-36 wontons,
you can put some woodear fungus for crunchiness.
For bunnies add a handful of grated carrots too.
Is the bunny made with White or Dark Chocolate?

You can choose the type of veggies and meat and skin.
I useually like watercress, lean pork and thin skin. :9

can i use chinese celery instead?? to give it some flavor?
thinking of adding a small amount of that... or cilantro
do i need to 出水 in that case?

how much seasoning shud i put for the 1 lb of grounded pork?

and i dont recall seeing any wonton skin from safeway?? what would it be called???

p.s. it's neither! not easter yet... plus easter has nothing to do with bunnies... calling a rabbit a "easter bunny" would make them mad :p

If you want to use Chinese celery, taste a little first, sometimes it would be bitter or too fibery.  Just chop it fine. Watercress is good too.
For 1 Lb of ground pork, 1.5 Tablespoonful of light soya sauce, 1 tsp sugar
and 2 tsp of tapioca starch, 3 tsp grated ginger, mix together one direction,
add  some sesame seed oil and that's it

thank you uncle some for all your help! i made it tonight... turns out i made approx 70 wontons with 1.1 lbs of grounded pork...O_o (still have left overs but finished the pack of wonton wrap so we threw the last little bit of pork away)

we're still too full from dinner tonite so haven't tried it yet.. i wonder if it tastes good

You don't have to throw away the meat filling,
you can roll it into balls and boil in soup,
steam meat patties, or panfry with eggs.
70 wontons, mmm, too little filling

ok my mom tried it this morning.. she said too much ginger lol :p
(i dont eat ginger and dun like pork so i wont be trying it at all)
