Lik, like you have shown many times before, you have no clue as to how to develop a country's technology. You claimed to be expert in cars, photography etc and now computers? What a joke you are?
If you have only $3500/yr, that is your own problem.
In fact, research results from supercomputing e.g petroleum exploration, can generate income for the country as a whole, thereby raising per capita GDP.
But like you said China's GDP is now $3500 per capita. So how high should their per capita GDP be, before they should invest in supercomputers, $20,000 per capita? $30,000 per capita?
At the current rate of economic growth of about 10% per year, it is going to take another 20-30 years to reach that level. By that time China will be lagging far behind other countries in supercomputers. This is the right time for China to start their supercomputer technology as it has broad range of scientific applications. |
