so what trigger you to eat?
is it your brain tells you you are hungry so you eat?
or it just you tell yourself, I got to eat something now?
So your brain won't have the sense of hungry or full?

I usually just eat small food in between meals (like apples, crackers etc), just so I will not have the sense of hunger. As I found that, if I don't take small snacks in between, I tend to feel very hungry during regular meal times, and I will eat a lot, a lot more than I usually do, and that is actually not so goood for my body.
report said that for thinner people, they need around 15 mins to feel full and for fat people, they need 20 mins. So if you eat slow, you will have the full feel and you won't eat much. I don't like to eat late cause your stomach won't have time to rest.
