i thought so too, thats why i called earlier today to see if they can pro-rate. they explained with some reasons (don't care to remember) and so basically it will still start @ next billing cycle for me, no biggies anyway.

also, since my plan not yet started/signed, i was able to negotiate another deal with them. the reason i called today was to file a complaint, so i am not sure if i got the plan under special circumstances or not, plan detail:

$40 + tax
200 mins
evenings @5 and wkds
fido2fido
CID, VM (normal CID and VM)
2500 txt within canada
6gb within canada

i took this over the previous $37.5 plan, and regarding the complain, they didn't put me to a supervisor but agent gave me $50 credit.

oh, and i got a ORDER CONFIRMATION (not shipping) on the ip4, however, the ac holder name and address were completed screwed up, they were going to send to some frenchie in quebec. i called and they had to change it, have yet to received new confirmation but was told today it was change and phone has been sent to UPS. but maybe UPS not received yet. u should be able to track your phone @ UPS with your phone # as tracking.

My gf got this same plan last year for I think $50 + tax and I already think it's duper awesome.

I called today.
They missed out one charater for my email address record. That's why I didn't get confirmation or tracking # email. BUT I called and got a tracking number. The girl said it's for UPS but since it's not found on UPS and the first rep I talked to told me it's thro Canada Post, I check that number with Canada Post and !! It's "out to be delivered" already. It's shipped from Langley. Most likely I will go to Canada Post to pick it up tomorrow or Monday.

For the phone plan, so I am getting the same plan as you but paying $7 more a month >   But it's a smooth sail.

well i know someone else got the same plan but pay $3 LESS @ $37/MONTH.
but i am too lazy to talk to them again.

I think Fido shipped by CanadaPost. Package came from Langley.
