I know there is also 雞蛋仔 in crystal mall at the bbt place just across rogers, by the entrance and escalatlor

but don't know if it's good or not.......not sure if taiwanese people know how to make them properly ^_^;;;

    The setting is nice, no question about it.
    The problem is the traffic there:
    The mall is so quiet Monday to Wednesday, hardly bring in enough
    sales to keep the business going.
    Then Friday and Saturdays are so busy to handle, it would be difficult
    to hire good helper.
    Wait until you talk to the management, it is likely you would give up,
    the average rent is about $7,000-$8,000 a month.
    The rent at Yaohan is only less than $5,000 and the business is much
    better, you may get double in sales with much less rent. You do the math

I think the one at 金鐘廊 is quite good wor, the best I can find in Richmond.
