ICBC is not as evil as many think either. In provinces such as Alberta and Ontario, it's all fine and dandy if you are a middle age, claim-free person. But in Ontario, in particular, should you be unfortunate enough to even just have a single at fault accident, your rates just shoot through the roof for years to come. Car insurance is also draconian and troublesome in many other ways in Ontario as well.

And if you are a guy younger than 25, don't even consider owning a vehicle at all, because you wouldn't be able to afford insurance.

你說的是對駕駛者﹐我說的是對省民的好處呀~

我們省付出了多少錢去補貼那些開車很不堪的人啊﹖那些不懂開車的﹐最好還是去搭車啦。。。

還有﹐TRANSLINK 若私有化也是好事﹐而家做交通事業整到好似做 CHARITY 那般。。。說“付錢”是做好事﹐間接鼓勵人不付錢搭車。。。 (不信﹐去看看 DT GRANVILLE 站內的電視廣告版吧﹐他們說“多謝你付錢搭車”﹐我看見真是暈低~ 這樣的政府 )

Just allowing 2-tier would've been the perfect balance. Yet the socialist would rather suffer than to let you be better off.
