For banquet service, the caterer and hotels charge standard gratuity
15-20%, it is written on the contract so it is mandatory and not negotiable.
Tip would be optional.
Someone is going to jump in and argue, end up spamming the post.
It was at Broadway and 麥當勞道 before (I also mixed up restaurant on W 4th and W Broadway all the time.)
I think the kids are running the restaurant since they moved to the new location... It's never the same after moving.
