You moron, like I said, the plans of another attack have always been there.
They don't need a lot of time to get prepared.
As you know, these terrorists are good at fitting into the local community. You would be surprised that they are your neighbors. Who knows how many of them are in HK getting prepared.
The reality is that they know US warships pay regular visits to Hong Kong. So they just need to get everything ready, and wait for the next US warship visit, then make the attack. |
