had it yesterday, the pork chop was good , but for the curry was soso lor. The portions seems to be small w/that price, rice is not really good jer.....but still long lineup

Based on my analysis, once everyone in Vancouver tried once for the next 2 months, it will cool off and died down eventually.

Most of my friends told me they will only try once because of the small portion and greasy fatty port chops are not good for health anyway.

And based on the past observations (japanese pizza, crepe, udon place, tofu dessert, beard papa), there will be no line up ever and forever after 2 months.

The only line up places are for the winners of Mambo, Leung Kee, and Wind Sand Chicken Wings

Beard Papa now has a few stores, maybe that's why there is no lineups.

Mr Fung should invite some Indian food or Filipino food to his food court.

Pretty much none of the franchise fairchild got became a huge success. Maybe except daiso.

Yesterday I ordered a Pork Loin set at Saboten and the cashier told me my order will take 40 mins around 6pm. Everything sold out around 7:15pm.

Any idea why it will take that long ?

    I think the staff is not that efficient, comparing to other food court booth.

It is even worst on last Friday. At around 5:00 pm, They post up a sign  "order  waiting time was 1 hour".

we went because they have been highly recommended on AM1470 but we were a bit disappointed. The pork chop is ok but not as exceptionally delicious as they claimed. We have waited for 40 minutes in order to have my order on Saturday.

I think i won't go back.
