此小店的最大特式是用火微炙那些 Sushi, 火候剛剛好

老闆很有創意 而且對客人真的很好很有耐心, 而且重點是每樣都超級新鮮

老闆還會十分細心提醒人客從輕淡口味的開始,這樣才能品嘗到美味 最後在建議比較重口味的,而且在和他講話的時候可以感受到他對新鮮食材的熱情

而每一道 Sushi 的飯團中每一顆米粒都不能放過, 要一顆一顆的挑起來吃光 !!

通常用火微炙那些都係紅肉魚,貪佢地油脂多,微焦食起上黎口感可以豐富D…

我相信白肉魚佢唔會咁處理卦…?

舊飯如果太細舊都唔係太好卦,話曬你係響度食緊壽司,唔係刺身… 對於我黎講,太多和不足既效果都係一樣,妺仔大過主人婆,會扣分喎…


仲有,點解好似每一碟都加蔥花? 草青味都要睇配合乜野食材…

押壽司是源自於關西的一種壽司,因為古代沒有冰箱,所以他們都把各式魚都分別醃好然後制作成押壽司,傳到東京後因為分開醃製食材實在是太費工夫,所以改良成為現在所看到的握壽司。Please check out Octopus Garden, Ebi on Robson, Miki Restaurant near water front or Sushi Paradise in New West (http://www.sushiparadise.ca/)

Octopus Garden doesn't have the battera sushi in the menu...

But I do find a place called Ajisai in the Kerrisdale area and Kilala in the North Burnaby area that got it in their menu...

Kiriri also has it on their menu. I don't remember if it was good or not. I will need to order one to try again.
