those are mostly food at dim sum restaurants! I like dim sum too. But I only go a few times a year!
as long as it's not eat regularly (like every day or every other day) then it may be OK.
It's a lot easier to buy prepared food (e.g. ham and ready to use sauce/dressing) and I do use them when I feel lazy. (e.g. had frozen dumplings last night... I would've made my own...but I was so tried after work last night)
After I found out even eating egg twice a week is too much, I figure just try not to eat everything on excessive level is fine..
One thing I start doing though is try to skip sugar in milk tea and coffee. When I am lazy and have canned soup (low sodium), I still add some water to dilute it. My boyfriend complained that I make it tastes like water but I still dun want to consume too much sodium...
