全部食得多都係對身體有害的
怕死就不要吃喇

those are mostly food at dim sum restaurants! I like dim sum too. But I only go a few times a year!
as long as it's not eat regularly (like every day or every other day) then it may be OK.
It's a lot easier to buy prepared food (e.g. ham and ready to use sauce/dressing) and I do use them when I feel lazy. (e.g. had frozen dumplings last night... I would've made my own...but I was so tried after work last night)

健康食者唔知係咪一星期七天由營養師提供鮮榨果汁﹐加碟有機唆菜﹐然後一隻水果做甜品﹖ 但糖份攝取量亦遲早過高渦

早餐/下午茶唔通整條海上鮮?鋸塊靚扒??怕唔怕有水銀/中瘋牛毒???


如果有位營養師幫我地講解下就好喇

After I found out even eating egg twice a week is too much, I figure just try not to eat everything on excessive level is fine..

One thing I start doing though is try to skip sugar in milk tea and coffee. When I am lazy and have canned soup (low sodium), I still add some water to dilute it. My boyfriend complained that I make it tastes like water but I still dun want to consume too much sodium...

I like English bacon (Gammon) or Canadian back bacon.
German Kassler is good too.
Mostly lean meat and  less sodium

    咁有啲人可能好obsessed嘅,我識人開Vegan私房菜,佢係食素,大部份都係自己種嘅有機蔬菜。

我唔會follow佢個diet,但係processed food真係食少好多好多。以前冇啦啦都會開罐回鍋肉餸即食麵但係依家真係唔會買,唔會食囉!我覺得平日食多啲瓜瓜菜菜係好過食肉,要食肉就真係買新鮮嘅肉嚟煮。我都經常買肉同骨煲湯,不過好少食埋啲肉。水果我食好多,但係除非你已經有糖尿病,多食生果係唔會令你突然間有糖尿。

我都好鍾意去街食,咪留返啲quota出去食好嘢囉,平日清淡啲其實唔係好大犠牲。

    邊個話一個禮拜食兩隻蛋都多呀?

除非你已經高膽固醇,如果唔係你食鷄蛋基本上唔會令你有膽固醇問題,你一日食30隻蛋簧就驚啲,但係一日食一兩隻蛋都未為過!同埋蛋簧其實好有益,好多vitamins同礦物都係蛋白冇嘅。

今日唔知聽日時,無理由連食野都咁齋㗎,平日一至五清淡啲,留返啲quota weekend 食同飲囉!依㗎餃子我都無再買超市嗰啲,走去啲店面買啲新鮮做嗰啲囉,起碼心理上好過啲!
