is it diy is better than those outside resturants?

I prefer DIY because I can adjust the black tea, milk and water temperature.

I like "皇室奶茶 Jacky Yip Tea", Alokozay(need double bags) and Lipton Rose (the last choice).

Will boil water by a electric cattle and dip the tea bag into the boiling water for at least three minutes. Like using one or two percents milk in order to take more calcium and skip some fat.

It's a char charn ten... Someone told me they used to a stall in Parker place,then they moved to underneath Superstore and become a char charn ten.
