They don't search the bags when you leave the country, so unless the dogs happen to walk by they would not know.

the news said if the police couldn't proof 關楚耀 was stolen stuffs, they can't put 大麻 on court, since this was an illegal search.  so he was free as soon as the police discharge him from stolen stuffs

Brainless doesn't only apply to certain group of regular citizens, but also applies to the government(s).

早輪有報告話﹐中三及以上的學生﹐80% 以上試過吸毒﹐30% 以上有毒引呀﹐你沒看到﹖
