oh man!!! after i complaint with BBB, today Rogers call back to me, and that women is sounds really rude, and just told me it's my responsibility to dig deep in my online invoice, and there's a bullet ...

they still haven't called me yet! I bet they will say the same to me but I will try to win them this time and see! .. BBB emailed me and said give Rogers 2 weeks and if Rogers doesn't contact me, I can 'upgrade' the complain to a higher level... (in other words, more serious) .. lols..
but maclover, whatelse did u complain about rogers?
I put it as the followings:
- increase $$ w/o telling
- reps were rude
- they made thousands of mistakes on my bills
- after the new contract, sent me the wrong phone
- diff reps say diff thing, not reliable
- not ALL customers receive equal values of deals
(ie. some customers do no have to pay SAF, and some have to)
Well Bell and Telus are going GSM (HSPA technology) next year (before/around Olympics time) and so you can switch to them if you think you're going to get a better experience.

if not, can call her back... but so cheap.... i still have 2 more yrs to go lor.......
she searched all over on my invocie, no where indicates $1 increase or price will increase such thing.... so ..... but she 's not able to off me credits.. kinda sucks
