最新 update：已經放棄左！

原因係轉號問題。佢地實在係太過廢喇！9 月 3 號申請轉號（屋企 shaw landline 轉落 italkbb），9 月 21 號同我講轉號完成。之後成個禮拜都無法打入（不過 Shaw 條 landline 又繼續響喎）。經過無數個 support 電話，又乜又物搞一大餐先同我講佢個轉號部門出錯同我跟…

又過多個禮拜都係咁既衰樣，跟著又打上去剷果班廢柴，鬧完一大餐先話 refund $5 俾我（有叉用）。我都冇好氣叫佢搵個話得事既先同我講。第二日個經理打黎話免一個月費用…好我忍你忍到月底 cut 數…

結果果然係乜都冇發生過—完全不能打入、舊 line 照響。前兩日打上去 cancel （佢重想兜），跟首 pat 番個盒俾佢個門市。

好彩冇簽約，淨係損失 $30 開台 + $8.99 1 個月。

不過要停 BT，一般電話 BT 就冇影響。

Easy to sign up but difficult to cancel.
Often blamed on your Internet.  If you are using Shaw, a big NoNo.

I switched to italkbb 3 months ago.  yea, i agree their service has room for improvement.  like in my case, the guy i talk to doesn't even know where richmond is... i said i live in richmond and asked if i can go to a richmond outlet instead of crystal mall.. then they said crystal mall is in richmond...  i think they are from the States???

so far the connection is okay.. and i am using Shaw too.
