For the price to eat at Aberdeen food court, I rather go to somewhere better already. Nothing stands out.
Downtown rent is usually cheaper than or at least equal to Chinese Mall. In public market, our rent is about 2000 dollars already. The difference is that in public market, you cannot charge the food too high because public market is labeled as cheap eat. Many competitors there. We could only make money from party trays.
There was one Chinese food stall who charges party trays so low to grab business that disrupted the balance of the business too.

Aberdeen TRIES to be a higher class mall but afterall, I don't think it's successful. Customer traffic is of course lower than Yaohan.
And you want to have high class food in FOOD COURT? I don't think so. I'd rather go to food court in Yaohan. At least I don't need to walk 5 mins from parking to food court if I want quick lunch.
