I think the bg is okay... Not too light and not too dark.  I would suggest that you should add more white sparkles to the ground to create that glittery frosty snow white colour.

My 2nd X'mas card 劣作:
今次用料都係好簡單: card stocks, pattern papers, EK flower punch, ribbons, Happy Holiday clear stamp, crystal mica powder, blink blink nail polish

原來自己係冇乜同x'mas 有關既pattern papers, 所以揾左好耐, 先俾我揾到張類似 x'mas feel 既pattern paper =P.

x'mas 花係用flower punch自家做的. 因為確實係唔捨得買果D embossments. 其實自己整, 可以用唔同colours 既card stocks & patter papers, 配搭係個人喜好. 然後我再用D blink blink nail polish搽 petals, 讓佢有blink blink shinny 既感覺.

後者都係用foam sticky 做出有layers/3D 既感覺. Last but not least, use my paint brush to dip a bit of the crystal powders to give a shinny effect of the card =)

Thanks. Let me know if there are any rooms for improvment. So far, my folders are not arriving yet and I can only use my limited craft tools to make cards =)

Folders so as other tools are extra lor, like "錦上添花"...creativity counts the most!
Your card is perfect ar...the colour, the layout, it's just great la!
