I said "one or two countries" as examples, and I only quoted Taiwan and Korea. Yet you never admit your beloved mother Mainland is one of the cruel countries as well. Of course, maybe we cannot list out all the possible countries. But obviously and for absolutely no doubt China is in. Yes or no?

That does not mean all Japanese eat it just like not all Chinese would should all eat dogs or even torture dogs.

PLEASE READ IT FIRST.  OR YOU ARE TOO PROUD OF CHINA THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO READ IT CAREFULLY?  I do not understand the point you keep on bring up with Taiwan and Japan.  Did I refuse the fact that there are some Taiwanese eating dogs?  No.  I was saying not all Taiwanese eating dogs.  Please read it carefully next time.

You first implied that people eat meat so what's wrong with people in the video are doing.

Then you implied that all countries have small amount of people eat dogs but is afraid to admit your "all countries" includes China.

geezzz... if you say something wrong, just admit it.  If you do not admit you say something wrong, it can only mean that you feel like what you are saying is right, (your first implication...)
