when you donate money to red cross or ...., how do you know the money will spend on the good persons only.  can you tell canadian blood services, who can receive your blood.

唔明咩叫“not selfish”﹐係咪即係altruistic,  資本主義社會好似唔係幾講altruism窩﹐最多係叫人唔好o甘功利。  
我好似講左點解我唔會捐器官﹐因為犧牲太大又唔知捐俾邊個。
簡單D黎講﹐捐血就好似捐一百幾十蚊﹐捐器官對我黎講就好似捐一萬幾千甚至幾十萬。
捐一百幾十同捐幾十萬分別就大囉﹐如果唔知邊個係受益人﹐真係捐唔出手。
