How do you know most users don't complain or maybe it's just you who don't complain?  For myself, I wouldn't complain if the problem is small, but if it affects my everyday life then I will for sure!  

If you complain to a small potato company then it might be useless, but in this case it's Apple.  They want to maintain every bit of their good reputation.  Complaining is not useless but you need to know the proper ways to complain otherwise you will be ignored.

At least you can go to an apple store to find a real person to complain with.  If it's other brands, it would take much longer for you to fix the phone.

dealer啱啱call我﹐叫我聽日去做定paper work先﹐星期5可以即刻出機﹐不過佢要我認承唔可以因為天線原因要求退貨﹐因為我成日跌機落地﹐係唔係都會買硬個case,天線門對我影響唔大
