Imported Japanese seaweed $1.25 per sheet.
That is before imported fish for sashimi.

    They outsource bakery products from many other bakeries,
     therefore it is difficult to maintain consistency.
     Pine House, the 1st Ave Bakery........

   The bread from T&T or Yaohan....first day is good and soft...2nd day....hard as rock!
I don't find the same problem with say Saint Germain or Michele or Janice's bread...even Wonder bread...

T&T has a large factory for making their own bakery products. They have so many stores.

I have no intention to argue,
it is fact that they outsources for part of their products,
go there at 8:30 am and see it yourself.
Or ask Pine House.
They do all the cake decorating on site thou.
The problem is: different store uses different sub-contractors,
therefore the consistency is not stable
