Parts of B.C. coast under tsunami watch

In response to the ferocious tsunami that slammed into Japan's eastern coast on Friday, a tsunami alert has been issued for coastal British Columbia by Environment Canada on behalf of the British Columbia Provincial Emergency Program.

The watch is in effect for:


Haida Gwaii
North Coast -- Coastal sections banks inland and north
North Coast -- Coastal sections south of Banks Island
North Coast -- Coastal sections north of Kitimat and south
Coastal coast -- Coastal sections
Central coast -- Inland sections
North Vancouver Island -- East facing coasts
North Vancouver Island -- North and west facing coasts
Inland Vancouver Island
West Vancouver Island -- Sombrio Point and north

起碼日本人有地震都仲會排隊。好多旅館免費比Ｄ無家可歸的人食住。
我有信心日本唔會有貪官將Ｄ重建＄落格。有都唔會多過大陸Ｄ貪官。
大陸好多人仲活係水深火熱當中，因為好多貪官。

Many Chinese offered help for free, during earthquake in China. The rescue efforts were well organized in China, and there was no looting. Food and medicine were in abundance. Rebuilding in Sichuan was quick.

The same cannot be said about New Orleans, where the  Americans were disorganized, and looting was common. New Orleans still has not been fully rebuilt.
