不然怎麼會每次講話都是酸的不得了
是羨慕還是忌妒人家啊

I don't have enough experience with Aberdeen to give objective opinion.
I only have heard management problems and parking issues.

Rental management 仲差!
完全唔知想個mall點? High end or low end??
以為搞function好啲,點知嘈到暈!
好啲嘅租客都走左,或者準備走!
Richmond其他mall都做吓做吓,都揾到direction,呢個Aberdeen, 真 Oh, No!!!

But, I can tell they are still better than those malls managed by Henderson Group.
