domestic helpers, 只係因為佢份contract bind 死佢做呢一份工之麻. 佢地之中有好多人係好叻既. 就好似我家中既工人(係印傭), 佢未過黎之前o係印尼果邊做wedding planner 架, 仲勁既係佢阿哥係醫生, 咁佢都曾經跟過佢阿哥做野, 咁醫護常識都好好架~

唔好以為人地黎打工就覺得自己既身分同地位都比人高, 其實大家都係人, 你未必比佢地叻的.

任何合約如果本身係違法、違憲嘅話，法院係絕對有權（亦有呢個責任）去判呢份合約無效。同一道理，當條法例寫出來本身就係違憲嘅話，咁法院亦有責任去宣佈呢條法例無效。

當然，我fully expect之後阿爺手下班擦鞋狗又會走出來叫阿爺人大釋法，再一次徹底強姦同破壞香港嘅法治精神。

If those people have good education, then they should find another job and enter Hong Kong as professionals, not as domestic helpers.
The fact that they work as domestic helpers, that shows you their qualifications are not recognized in Hong Kong and therefore they could not find a relevant professional job.

所以成件事根本就如我一開始所講：希香港人睇唔起同歧視啲外傭。

而且，反對外傭居港權嘅人裡面，其實只有兩種：

1）盲目無知地咁去反對外傭居港權
2）深知其實外傭居港權本來就唔係問題，但因為有政治油水可撈，所以就老作數據都要出來誤導市民

最可笑嘅就係，驚啲窮人黐佢金糠果啲人，其實本身亦往往永遠唔會分得到特衰政府攞住果舊錢。特衰政府嘅財政儲備，只會用來益基金佬、大地產商、大商家等等。你啲普通閒雜人等嘅作用，只係要來俾+x哥一眾大有錢佬來剝削。
