I finally made my first artisan bread!!
I used the 5 min a day artisan bread recipe instead of the no knead bread one. (cos the 20hr ahead is a bit hard to time vs prepared dough in the fridge that I can use any time)
Made a half loaf and it was yummy and easy!
Will make more and try out with other ingredients! (nuts, seeds...etc) |
