I don't like the one at City Square, the servers are poorly trained.
They don't even know where to place a wine glass on the table.
It was an expensive wedding banquet and table wine were served.
When I inquiry about the wine, he replied impatiently, pointing to
one bottle" This is White wine" and then pointed to the other bottle
"This is RED wine so what do you want" I was like, speechless.
I had my second 皇帝蟹 at "Yee Yuen" (Top Garden Restaurant)

It was pretty good!!!
1) steam (legs) with ginger & green onion
2) steam (legs) with garlic
3) Speciality fried (body)
4) noodles with the sauce from the steam legs
5) Portuguese sauce bake rice in the crab shell
yummm~~~ the crab is very fat ar... lot of meat... they might charge a bit higher, but worth it geh.... Better call for reservation and reserve a bigger crab...
The other food was pretty good too:
Pepper pork-stomach soup
chinese style beef with mushroom
Soy sauce chicken - last time I had the deep fried chicken is even better(but you have to pre-order)!
you could also pre-order dessert - baked pudding...
