When that earthquake happened Taiwan some years ago, some buildings collapsed that way.

I just don't get it, after the school 豆腐渣工程 , people still dont get the seriousness of unsafe building? Look at the 樁 in the photo, they are so short and thin, how can they support the whole bui ...
