try try Malysian buffet isn't bad...coz even not much to choose, u go into a normal Malay restaurant costs u $10 already

You forgot to mention that rent is very expensive in Hong Kong. This is the biggest reason, not food prices. Please upgrade your knowledge now.

You claimed that running a good buffet here is very expensive because the ingredients need to buy transported here. But in Hong Kong, they still need to import the food and the rent is even more expensive. And yet they still have good buffets in HK.

most of the good buffet in hk is operated by the big hotel.
and no doubt the food prize in hk is way cheaper and fresher, and hk has the high volume, that could cover the rent.
In here, the labour is higher, the food prize is higher, and we got low volume, which couldn't cover the cost.
