Indigenous Chinese J15 naval version is equivalent to class Su33, but since China can make them, there is no need to buy from Russia.
The J15 uses indigenouse Chinese radar, Avionics and weapons.

咁中國就係烏克蘭搵架訓練機番黎搞咋～～
中國可以整既係Su-27(J-11),因為老俄賣生產權同技術俾中國咋～唔係33呀傻仔!

不過都唔怪得佢，
摺翼機真係好難做。

Russia wanted to make $$  by selling, but China refused to buy, since they have indigenous Chinese design which is superior.
