From all the recent flooding and earthquakes in China, there was little sign of looting. Just by watching US and UK media. If there was any looting in China, the western media would be the first to report it.
But even the anti-China western media didn't report any looting in China. The western media had to admit the efficient rescue efforts by the Chinese government and the ample supply of food and medicine.

In contrast, New Orleans flooding and Haiti earthquake, there was looting and rescue was inefficient.

hahaha, "中國人的劣根性" can be seen from people like you, i.e self-hating, back-stabbing, bashing own kind, pro-Japanese, bickering among ourselves on a message board

死不認錯 is a Japanese 劣根性 character. They still refuse to admit their World War II atrocities, Nanjing massacre, comfort ladies, poison gas and biological experiments in North Eastern China.
